Adult Ballet- Absolute Beginner Adult Ballet

Discover the grace and strength of ballet in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment! This class is perfect for adults looking to learn ballet from scratch while getting fantastic exercise. Led by the wonderful Miss Melanie, you'll master the basics of ballet, improving your flexibility, posture, and overall fitness.

Whether you're completely new to dance or revisiting an old passion, this class offers a fun and supportive space to develop your skills. And when you're ready, there's an exciting next-level class to continue your ballet journey!

Choreography for performances may be taught and practiced anytime. The 4/14-6/7 sessions offer a performance participation option. Additional fees apply.

Kinetics is closed January 1–4, February 17, March 15-21.  No classes due to performance: June 9-15.
