Recreation Coordinator - Youth & Adult Sports

• $26.52/hr, Full Time

• For the love of the game! The Recreation Coordinator is the front-line leader of CARD's Sports Department, overseeing on-site Youth and Adult Sports programs during the evenings and weekends, when the majority of programming occurs. 
• A candidate with strong critical thinking and independent judgment, calm and decisive when problems come up mid-program, rather than escalating every issue.
• Experience in youth or adult sports leagues, officiating, coaching, or recreation programming is a plus, but the ability to manage people, conflict, and logistics in real time is the core requirement.

Head Sports On-Site Lead

• $17.50/hr, Seasonal Position

• You know how to read a room, adapt your communication style to different audiences, and de-escalate tense situations with professionalism and calm. You will be empowered to address behavioral concerns in a professional and constructive manner, escalating issues to Sports Leadership as appropriate.
• Experience as a player or officiant of Volleyball, Soccer, OR Softball. 

Adult Sports Softball Umpire

• $20.00/hr, Seasonal Position

• Played or officiated softball/baseball for at least 5 years

Adult Sports Soccer Official

• $20.00/hr, Seasonal Position
• Position Closes 8/9/2026
• We are seeking passionate leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to upholding the integrity and sportsmanship of our community leagues.
• Proactively manage the game environment, monitor player conduct, and ensure a safe, sportsmanship-focused atmosphere.
• Our sports officials help facilitate games for a multitude of Adult Sports leagues. Officials strive to apply rules, promote fair play, while demonstrating courtesy, self-control, integrity and are non-biased.
• Played or officiated soccer for at least 5 years

Adult Sports Volleyball Official
