Each league has a set number of spaces available. League size is determined by field or facility availability, night of play, and level of ability. Registration is first come, first served. Once leagues are full, a waitlist will be started.
CARD makes every effort to keep dates consistent year-to-year, but minor variations may occur.
Yes. Teams may be moved from their league of choice at the discretion of the Adult Sports Department to maintain competitive balance. Past team performance and records are considered during league placement. League champions may be moved up a division, and teams that struggled may be moved down.
All days, times, and locations are subject to change at the discretion of the Adult Sports Department. Always check your league’s TeamSideline page for the most up-to-date information.
All players must be enrolled on a TeamSideline roster before participating. Rosters are due before the first scheduled game. Team managers can make roster changes through week four. After that, an Add/Drop Form must be submitted and approved prior to new player participation.

- Option 1: Register for a Free Agent League ($40 per player). You’ll be placed on a team for the season.
- Option 2: Use the “Free Agent Sign Up” form on TeamSideline. We'll share your info with team managers who may be looking for players.
- Bonus Tip: Show up to the courts or fields during the first few weeks of the season—teams often need last-minute players!
Yes! Play pickup basketball or volleyball on Sundays. $3 at the door. Bring your own ball.
- Basketball: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Volleyball: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
