(Ages 6 months-3 years) In our Parent/Tot class, parents are in the water offering comfort and encouragement every step of the way. Parents and Tots participate in playful songs and exercises that promote foundational water skills and safety. These classes are open and inclusive to all.

(Ages 5-9) Level 1 Classes take place in our 2 foot wading pool. Before registering for this class, participants should be ready for an independant class and be comfortable putting their face in the water.  Using playful games and excercises, participants practice blowing bubbles, floats, glides and more with assistance from our amazing instructors! 

(Ages 6-10) Level 2 Classes take place in the shallow end of our 25 yard lap pool. Before registering for this class, participants should be comfortable submerging in the water and floating on their front and back. Using playful games and exercises, participants practice front and back glides, kicks, elementary freestyle stroke, and more with assistance from our amazing instructors!

(Ages 7-11) Level 3 Classes take place in the 5 ft deep end of our 25 yard lap pool. Before registering for this class, participants should be able to push off the wall and swim 5 yards unassisted. Participants build on the skills learned in previous lessons through supported practice in deeper waters. Participants practice treading water and the basics of each stroke while gaining independence…

(Ages 8-12) Level 4 Classes take place in one full lane in our 25 yard lap pool. Before registering for this class, participants should be able to tread water for 30 seconds and swim the full length of the pool unassisted. Participants continue to develop their strokes and their love of the water!
