OUTDOOR BASKETBALL 3v3 PROGRAM: 6th-8th Grade

Keep your spring Tuesdays and Thursdays open for our NEW 3v3 Outdoor Basketball program on our outdoor courts at Chapman Park! This league is perfect for a new player or seasoned athlete looking to expand their skills. Playing 3v3 offers several distinct advantages compared to the traditional 5v5 format, including more ball handling/skill development, increased space and pace, and enhanced teamwork and communication.

Tuesdays will focus on skill building, drills, and fundamentals of the game. Thursdays will be filled with 3v3 games, scrimmages, and tournaments.

A general youth sports jersey is mandatory and can be purchased at the CARD Office for $18.

Registration is first come, first serve and will close once the division is full or the deadline passes- whichever happens first. 

Open until filled, or the program starts- whichever comes first.

GENERAL INFORMATION

💵Cost: $119 (6 weeks, 2x per week)

📅Dates & Times: Tuesdays from 4/8-5/13 from 5:30-7:00 PM will focus on skill building, drills, and fundamentals of the game. Thursdays from 4/10-5/15 5:30-7:00 PM will be filled with 3v3 games, scrimmages, and tournaments.

📍Program Location: Chapman Park outdoor basketball courts, adjacent to the Dorothy F. Johnson Center at 775 East 16th St. 

👕Uniforms: Players will be required to wear a CARD General Youth Sports jersey (available at the CARD office to purchase for $18), athletic clothing, and athletic shoes to all sessions. 

🌞Weather: Programs canceled due to rain or air quality will be rescheduled for up to one week at the end of the season. All other program cancellations will be refunded. If necessary,  program will be rescheduled for up to one additional week. All other game cancellations will be refunded.
