Tai Chi

A group of adults practicing tai chi in an indoor hall with wooden beams and lighting overhead.

Tai Chi’s slow, continuous movement improves your balance, enhances body alignment, improves circulation, and relaxes body, mind, and spirit.  And it’s fun!
